These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "student", "customer") and Sandoz Spa LLC, trading as "Sandoz Academy" ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered at Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. They govern your access to sandozacademy.com (the "Website") and your purchase of and participation in any course, programme, workshop or learning material we offer (the "Services").
By accessing the Website, creating an account, enrolling in a course or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Course Delivery Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and must not be prohibited from receiving the Services under applicable laws, including sanctions laws.
3. Description of Services
Sandoz Academy provides professional education and training in accounting, taxation, financial analysis, business management and financial markets. Courses are delivered in person at our facility in Sharjah, as live online classes, or as recorded digital content, as stated on each course page. Course descriptions, durations, schedules and fees are listed on our Courses & Fees page. We provide educational services only; we do not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, brokerage or financial advisory services.
4. Accounts
Where an account is required, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. Notify us immediately at support@sandozacademy.com of any unauthorised use.
5. Enrollment and contract formation
Submitting an enrollment and payment is an offer to purchase a course. A contract is formed when payment is successfully processed and we send you an enrollment confirmation email. We may decline an enrollment for any lawful reason (for example, the course is full or information is incomplete), in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.
6. Prices and currency
- All prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
- Unless otherwise stated, prices include tuition, course materials and the certificate of completion.
- Any applicable taxes, including UAE Value Added Tax, will be shown before you complete payment.
- Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees; these are outside our control and are not refundable by us.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect enrollments already paid for.
- If a price is displayed in obvious error, we may cancel the enrollment and refund you in full.
7. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We accept the major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and you authorise us to charge the total amount shown. Where instalment plans are offered, you authorise each scheduled payment; failure to pay an instalment may result in suspension of access until payment is made.
8. Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at support@sandozacademy.com so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of course access while the dispute is reviewed. We will provide evidence of enrollment, delivery and attendance to the payment processor where necessary. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the relevant authorities.
9. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds, cancellations and transfers are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Course delivery and changes
Delivery of courses is described in our Course Delivery Policy. We may make reasonable changes to schedules, venues, instructors, delivery format or content to maintain quality or comply with law. We will notify you of material changes in advance. If we cancel a course, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another intake.
11. Attendance, assessments and certificates
Certificates of completion are issued only to students who meet the attendance requirement (normally at least 80% of sessions) and pass any required assessments. Certificates confirm completion of a Sandoz Academy course and are not a government licence, university degree or professional body qualification unless explicitly stated.
12. Student conduct
You agree to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff and other students, and not to:
- harass, threaten, discriminate against or abuse any person;
- cheat, plagiarise or submit work that is not your own;
- record, copy, stream or distribute classes or materials without written permission;
- share your login or class links with others;
- disrupt classes or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or remove a student for serious or repeated misconduct. In such cases refunds are at our discretion under the Refund Policy.
13. Intellectual property
All content on the Website and in our courses — including text, slides, videos, recordings, templates, spreadsheets, logos and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Sandoz Spa LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use course materials for your own learning. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, resell, license, publish or create derivative works from them.
14. Educational purpose — no financial advice
Our trading, financial markets, tax and accounting courses are provided for educational purposes only. Nothing in our courses or on the Website is investment, financial, tax, legal or accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Trading financial instruments involves significant risk, and you may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We do not guarantee any income, profit, employment or exam outcome. See our Disclaimer.
15. Third-party services
We may use third-party platforms (such as video conferencing tools, learning platforms and Stripe). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or practices.
16. Website use
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by introducing malware, attempting unauthorised access, scraping content, or interfering with its operation. We do not guarantee the Website will always be available or error-free.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sandoz Spa LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, trading losses, business or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Sandoz Spa LLC against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of course materials or violation of any law or third-party rights.
19. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, power or internet failures. In such cases we will offer rescheduling, online delivery, or a refund for undelivered sessions.

21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Terms in effect at the time of your enrollment apply to that enrollment.
22. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any complaint informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
23. General
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms, together with the policies referenced, are the entire agreement between you and us.
